Platform Spraying

Plan the spray run.
Log what was applied.

Assign a set of sites to an operator as a spray run. The operator can record the chemical, the rate and the conditions, with the weather at the site looked up when the phone has signal.

What it does

A spray run,
from plan to record.

The run

Plan the run.

Assign a set of sites to an operator for a date, with the planned chemical, rate and method.

Repeat check

A warning before a repeat.

A site another operator has already sprayed that day is flagged before it is assigned again.

The log

A record of what was applied.

Before the first site of the day, the operator can log the chemical, the rate and the conditions for the run.

How it works

Step by step,
from start to finish.

  1. Choose the sites and the operator

Pick the sites or paste a list of site codes, then choose the operator and the date.

  2. Set the planned chemical and rate

The plan can also carry the method and the target.

  3. The operator sprays and completes each site

Each stop is marked sprayed, or skipped with a reason.

  4. The log is kept with the run

The run’s page shows what was planned and what was logged.

Your questions

What you need to know.

Is the chemical log required?

No. An operator can complete a spray run without filling in the log.

Where does the weather come from?

It is looked up for the site’s location when the phone has signal, and it can be typed in by hand. A reading the operator types is kept as entered.

Does it warn about spraying a site twice?

Yes, on the same day. Assigning a site another operator has already sprayed that day asks you to confirm first.

Does it check withholding periods?

No. Verdue shows when a site was last sprayed. It does not check withholding periods or label requirements.

Is spraying kept apart from mowing records?

Yes. Spraying has its own runs and records, and it does not count as mowing or snipping work.

What does the log record?

The chemical, rate, volume, method and target, the weather, whether a waterway is near, the PPE worn and a note.
