Your questions

What you need to know.

Which events can I be alerted about?

An incident being reported, a pre-start check flagging a fault, a fault being resolved, a meter reading going backwards, and a quality inspection failing. Quality inspections are part of the Operations plan.

Can some be immediate and others a digest?

Yes. Each event has its own setting.

Who receives them?

All owners, admins and managers by default. You can choose particular people instead, for all alerts or for a single event.

When is the digest sent?

At the time you set, in Brisbane time. The weekly digest goes on the day you choose.

Can I add another email address?

Yes. Up to ten addresses without a Verdue login can be added under Also email, for all alerts or for a single event.

Can I see what has been sent?

Yes. The Alerts settings have a Sent tab listing what has gone out, and a box for sending a test.
